Order Processing

• Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UAE time).

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are packed the same day and dispatched at 2:00 PM for next-day delivery (within the UAE).

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following day.

UAE / Local Shipping

• Free shipping on all UAE orders above 300 AED.

• A flat 20 AED shipping fee applies to UAE orders below 300 AED.

• Standard delivery times are typically 1–2 working days within the UAE.

International Shipping

• International orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

• Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

Notes

• Tracking is typically shared via WhatsApp directly from our delivery partner once your order has been dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance, but we’ll do our best to support you if issues arise.
