At Hobb, every book and item is handpicked with love for design, art, and visual culture. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Why no returns?

• Books, zines, and printed materials can be read, scanned, or copied before being returned.

• Many of our items are limited edition, collectible, or artist-made, making restocking impossible.

• This policy ensures that every customer receives new, untouched items in perfect condition.

Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• The wrong item was sent.

• Your order arrives damaged or defective.

If this happens, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@hobb.ae with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you quickly.

All discounted, sale, and special-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
