The second issue of The Creators Economy asks a deceptively simple question: What is curation in a world full of curators?

As Gulf cities accelerate, institutions multiply, and digital production collapses the time between idea and output, curation emerges as a defining cultural force. No longer confined to exhibition-making, curation now shapes materials, cities, hospitality, craft, memory and value itself.

This issue examines curation not as a profession, but as a system of decisions, who selects, what is preserved, what is elevated, and what is left behind.

Across essays, conversations, profiles, and case studies, Issue 01 traces how curatorial thinking now operates far beyond the gallery wall.
