“The Land Still Knows their Names” limited edition Risograph print

The 4-color risograph, printed in only 50 copies and hand-numbered and signed by artist, mark in green villages in Palestine that were destroyed and depopulated after 1948. Paying homage to what was and what remains, this print honors Palestinian histories and lives.

The risograph size is 28 x 43cm individually packaged with a cardboard backing.

Lena Kassicieh is a Palestinian-American anthropologist, ceramicist, and multidisciplinary artist who moves between Dubai and the United States. Growing up between the deserts of New Mexico, Jordan, and the UAE—her practice is informed by cultural exploration, culminating in her Master of Science in cultural and social anthropology from the University of Amsterdam.
